Enigma®, released by the Hop Products Australia program of the Barth-Haas Group is a cross between Tettnanger and an unnamed North American variety, but displays in a wholly unique manner. Crisp flavours of white grape, tart red currant and sweet rockmelon This variety features complexity where different aspects shine depending on dose rate and addition time. Late additions or dry hopping really maximize the flavour and aroma outcomes.
